What are your views on legalizing marijuana?????

I used to smoke marijuana and think that they take it a little to harsh as far as the penilties go....i know that there should be cicumstances and limitations to what people can smoke and posess....i am not condoning smokein b4 working or driving...jus think if someone wants to have a toke at night or whenever there stressed...let em... what are your thoughts on legalizing marijuana???
