Hello guys I would just like to know if you've been tried this already in your self; For those rice eating people: Cutting down rice by 50% from the diet, or not eating rice at all, can help reduce weights by as much as a pound to two a week, and also reduce the risk of developing diabetes, provided no other carbohydrates (bread, pop drinks, or desserts, etc.)replace the rice, and the total daily calorie intake does not go beyond 2000.. Have you tried this already?

Its not enough if you cut your carbohydrarye alone, along with it you should reduce your fat intake also. Its good to eat high fibre carbohydrate foods to reduce your weight.if you reduce 50% of your carbohydrate its sure you will loose weight, but from will you get energy for performing daily activities, also you will become very week.Try to eat a balanced diet ,so that you will have a healthy weight aswell as a healthy body.
