I am so sad. My new keyboard is giving me problem?

Every time i hit Shift key it will give me a search box and I can't use the left SHIFT key. when i hit the right SHIFT key it will give me a letter d beside the character i am trying to get by clicking the SHIFT key. So when i need To get the plus d(+)it will appear as d+ . if i want ) or right parenthesis it will give me d). so i need To delete the letter every time.
i bought this for about $3. that is very big amount for me alreadY. considering that it is not easy to earn money on the net which was the source of the money i sued to buy this keyboard.

Is it a new keyboard? Is it USB or PS2 connector? Have you tried to check with other computer? Just to allocated if it is really come from key board or your motherboard/PC. If it is really a new keyboard, You can ask seller about warranty. I remember for keyboard with USB always give some problem because it has a lot of feature or additional key.

yeah the problem is coming from the keyboard. i tested my spare keyboard and It is working fine when i used it on the computer. but i placed or attached back the original keyboard it had problems again.
what is keyboard with usb

i am not familiar with it. maybe it is a better kind of keyboard i guess.

Ohh.. it means you using this computer and keyboard for earning from net only.. :O
that's realy shocking to me..
How can you earn so much..? that you comensate all the expenses of the computer , including the electicity expenses of using this computer only..
Computer like is also small.. you need to earn a lot for that..
I don't think that its possible to earn so much that you can fulfill all the expenses of the computer..

now i am stay at home person only. so i just make use of my time at home wisely. i just try to be active online while i do my responsibilities at home. i don't earn a lot just enough for me to buy some few things. not enough to pay for all the bills. but can enough to pay for internet bills and even new computer but it will take at least 3 months of online earnings to be able to save enough to buy a new computer though. but i don't want to save just to buy a new computer .
my computer which is Pentium 4 is enough for me. though sometimes i wish to have DUAL CORE. But that is way too expensive for me or my budget though i can save for it but that takes a lot of work online.

It may be problem with your keyboard only.. but once you try to connect your keyboard with some other system ( like friend's computer) and check if it works there, it may just other problem. and if it doesn't work at your friend's place either,you should replace this one. of course you must have got at least minimum 6 months warranty while purchasing this.

yesterday it was not working well. but now it is working again pretty normal. i don't why it is acting stranged few days back and now it is working fine. i am really baffled as to why this was happening to my keyboard. like it has a mind of its own.

I've noticed the same thing on HP systems - when I hold down both shift keys and press the "?" I get ?P instead. The keyboard is NOT damaged, it's done this since the day they got it. I'm guessing that this is probably a bug in your keyboard driver. Try reinstalling the driver. I really hope that you have warranty for the product.

a driver. mine keyboard does not come with a driver. i bought it without installing anything on a driver.
