Today, when I watch Friends, I am confused about the words, I guess It's a dish, but in the subtitle it translate into a game. It's in s1e18, when they play poker, and Monica bring this to everyone. It's as below -"Here we go. We're got salmon roulettes and assorted crudites." Thanks in advance.

Hi! You want to know what "salmon roulettes and assorted crudites" are? It'a dish: salmon is a particulare kind of fish made in ovale-shape about. Crudites are raw vegetables, for example carrots or asparaguses and so on :) Is that what you've been looking for? I'm not sure I got your question T_T
