Well, i used to eat fast food everyday and it didnt hurt my skin at all. My mom used to tell me that if you eat too much fatty food your skin will get really oily and youll break out pretty bad, but im not really sure. Ive never really had problems with my skin just from eating bad. But i did notice if i drink soda i tend to break out, whereas if i drink water i dont. I suppose it really depends on the person and what type of skin they have to begin with.

a good diet can make a person's skin glow.eating fruits and vegetables can give your skin the vitamins and minerals it needs to be healthy.I believe that tomatoes can help in maintaining a smooth skin.I eat tomatoes so my skin will be healthy.I also read that eating fruits and vegetables can help in maintaining a younger-looking skin.

hi...mylotting I believe that eating right contributes to good looking skin.... may be for some people...it doesnt make any problem to eat 'anything' and no problems with their skin... But for some other reason...the effects of that's happened if you're increasing your age... Why dont we start from right now to do eating right..cause it's not only make your skin looking good, but for your health too... i guess..but it's all up to you...:)

I eat the best food possible for my skin, and yet they are still looking dull and rough. I agree that it might help in certain ways as not to further deteriorate your skin. But if you have skin like mine that has been scarred when I was younger with acne, eating the best of food at the later stage of life wont help with the scarring, the most it does is keeping the acne at bay. The best thing to do is always eat right BEFORE any damage occurs to your skin. That way, you can have nice looking skin.

Eating right definitely contributes to good looking skin. Especially young girls who have proper diet - fruits, vegetables, vitamins and minerals with the right amount of exercise and drink plenty of water will have nice glowing skin. But some people are very lucky, it is genetic.. they are born with beautiful skin, radiance without much effort to put in. So, in conclusion : If you are born with beautiful skin, it is in your gene, then you hardly need to put much effort, but it is advisable that you maintain it with good care. You will know which food you are allergy to, then avoid it. If you put effort, you will enhance it more :D BUT if the person have problem skin, then much effort is needed, correct diet, avoid food that make you allergy eg, some people allergy to nuts etc. Skin care regime, drink plenty of water and have enough rest!
