Task Creator returned my task when I have completed it!!!

I accepted a task and the task creator said he will pay me once I have signed up under his referral username and clicked on 15 ads. I have completed all of his steps but he returned the task back to me today. It's frustrating when you encounter people like these who don't follow through with their words. If he rejects my task and lies, can I do anything about it? What can I do so this won't happen to me again? Has this ever happened to you before? If it did, what did you do?

Well are you sure that you used the referrals name he provided ? If yes then contact the admin. No it has not happened to me. In fact today only one of my referral task was accepted. Happy Mylotting.

Yes, I'm positive. I have resubmitted my task yesterday but it's still pending right now. If he rejects my task, I will contact the admin.
