Do you like to exercise by WALKING or JOGGING???

When i exercise i like to fast walk more than jogging.I think, i like to tried slowly.Then you are, what do you like jogging or walking???

I think I prefer walking. I am not really the sporty type of person. I've just decided recently to start an exercise program. And since I am a starter, I think walking exercise will be helpful and won't be that much of a strain for me.

Hahahah!!! I'm only on my 20's not that old. I just am not fond of exercising. However, I decided that I need to start early because of some hereditary conditions such as hypertension that I need to be very careful with my lifestyle...

I am the walk person. I dont jog. I heard jogging is not good for the joints and with all the body parts jiggling up and down, I know it wont be good! Haha. I walk, very very fast, but not to the extend of jogging.

I prefer jogging...I often jog early in the morning.I also hear music when I jog.It is a good exercise if you wish to put down a few pounds in a very short time.

I like walking. usually every morning, I am walking to traditional market to buy some fruit. When go to market I exercise too, cause I can feel fresh oxygen when morning day.

I like both, if I don't feel like sweating a lot or moving around much, then I'll just be walking. But it can be boring if you do it too often.

When I was younger, I can do jogging but at my age now I prefer walking. Though jogging can less weight more but walking can do more good as well.

walking then jogging. Walking is usually used when you're going to warm up then afterwards, i use to jog. Jogging is a nice cardio work out.Ü

Jogging is very much my favorite way of excercise. There is a very nice park not too far from where I am living. So, every evening and over the weekends, when the weather is favorable, I would go out and enjoy jogging for about half-an-hour. That's very refreshing after a long day's stressful work. When the weather is not so good, I just stay home or juat take a walk.

I don't like Jogging for the moment because i get tired easily, i walked for almost two kilometers from our house to my brother's in another Subdivision. i do that every morning but i did twice on the after noon and it was so hot damn! i forgot to bring my umbrella back then, so i felt like roast when i got home.
