When to say "I Love You!" for the first time.

I have searched all over the internet looking for advice on saying "I Love You" for the first time in a relationship. I found many different and sometimes contradicting answers. However, I'm curious what all of you think. How long should I wait before I tell him? Should I go ahead and say it first or wait until he says it first? When is too early in a relationship to say "I Love You"? How should I handle the fear of a negative response? I really do love him very much, but I don't want to scare him away by saying it too soon or before he's ready to say or hear it. I think it in my mind every time I look into his eyes and when I'm curled up in his arms. Sometimes I'm afraid that it's going to slip out and make things tense or different between us. Feel free to respond with advice and/or personal experiences. :) LauraBabbles

helo laura! The answer to your question depends on whether the guy is your friend,a distant relative or friend of a friend.Try to know him better as a person and ask him whether he would ever love to fall in love.Depending on his answers say something to him that would mean that he is important to you,but at the same time do not be very quick in saying him the magic words.Judge him first, beacause these situations are like a heap of asnd on your palm, the more you squeeze it,the more it loses out.goodluck sweeie.
