What is the right dinner for nice sleep ?

Hi All, Frankly i don't think there is any such thing - at least not for me. what is important is that one should not go to bed immediately after dinner. you may have heard this: after lunch sleep a while, after dinner walk a mile !! Salad, Rice and dal would be great for dinner.

I think if you want to sleep well all night, you should eat some milk and rice or bread for full your stomach, but you will become obesity.so i think you can eat salad,a little rice, and don't hard exercise for dinner good for your health.

Well if i want to go to bed soon after eating dinner, i think turkey is they way to go. Im not sure why, but every thanksgiving i get so tired after eating all the turkey! My mom said its something to do with the turkey, i think its something to do with eating so much, haha. But my favorite dinner would probably be lasagna. Everytime i have lasagna, im super happy, and ready for bed whenever. I never really get much though because i can buy one of those huge family sized lasagnas by stoaffers, and my husband and his one friend can eat the whole thing by themselves. Im lucky if i can even get one piece! Thats why i grab mine while its still super hot and they dont want to touch it.

eat as much as you can up to complete your stomach
