What is the best way of dieting, to become healthy?

Start exercising like walking, running, swimming, pretty much doing cardiovascular exercises that get your heart rate up, eating more organic foods such as fruits vegetables, minimizing amount of fatty processed foods such as out-to-eat such as McDonalds. Balancing meals, for example having more complex foods in the morning such as breads, pastas, pretty much carbs, then for lunch and dinner make sure they are simpler foods to digest and that each meal is smaller than the last with breakfast being the biggest. Another good way of dieting is to drink a lot of water and avoid sugary drinks such as sodas, teas, etc. Water does not contain any calories but rather it rehydrates you and also sometimes when you feel hungry it might just be that your thirsty so drink lots of water. Really water will give you many benefits as many people nowadays consume about 20-30 percent of their calories through drinks alone. So if you cut back on sugary drinks chances are in a few weeks you will lose weight
