This usually happens when I'm at work when I'm on the computers there! Not at home! I not sure why and it is annoying! I know I've sent e-mail and done other things on the net and don't remember doing it! Anyone else have this problem?

hi blue65packer . . Maybe the stuff you are doing at work is boring you! Best thing I can think to do when that happens is to try some eye exercises . . try rolling your eyes round and round and then side to side . .while you are going through this it just might help the tiredness and help get you focused on the task you need to do . . either that or try splashing some water in your face

Are you getting good sleep? Maybe your work is too dull and boring? Don't worry you are not alone, I'm having this as well. I feel like I'm drunk (I don't drink though, but i presume that this is what it feels like to be drunk :P). This maybe a disease called Narcolepsy, so if this is really concerning, consult your physician. He might help you to sort this out. And talk him about taking Ephedrine tablets. I'm having Ephedrine now, (though not for narcolepsy) I'm finding it a bit useful. :)

Howdy blue65packer!... Is this always happening after lunch or afternoon? Better check you blood sugar level and bad cholesterol. Or visit your doctor. For the mean time remedies how about a nice walk, some stretching and fresh air of oxygen inside the brain. Our brain automatically shutoff or going to sleep mode from overwork, pressures, or stress and also if its lacking of oxygen. You can try also meditation. And always be happy and healthy. Thanks and enjoy!... myLot!...

I don't have this problem but sometimes when I'm playing the video game I start to nod off as tho my body is telling me stop and go to sleep. I don't get it tho maybe it is the monotony of doing the same thing for a long time or maybe it is just pure boredom not sure. In my opinion tho it seems you are bored at work and need something to excite you again. Try finding something you really enjoy or just listen to music to keep your mind occupied so you don't get sleepy. Hope that helps all the best take care.

At times, this happens to me to. I think it depends on the time i'm on the computer and from staring on the screen to much. This is why it is adviceable to take a few minutes break from using the pc. Another advice is to stare at a blank white wall for a few minutes before looking at the screen again. They say it rests your eyes for a few minutes.
