Are there any Americans who'd STILL vote for Bush?

Not a clue yet if pseudo-political discussions are permitted here or not but I'd really like to know if Americans have finally woken up and smelled the coffee and realised the amount of damage George W. Bush has caused the US as a whole... I'm not a US citizen, so don't give a flying **** about being PC on the subject and still can't understand how this dangerous idiot was voted in a second time!

I'm not a US citizen though I have alot of relatives whom I love dearly in the USA. None of them to my knowledge is a Bush voter. Then again, you may be surprised. Most Americans still think that Bush is actually keeping them safe from terrorist rather than causing them. A shocking number of them still believe the stuff that Fundimentalist Christians who are as bad as Al-Qaeda in their thoughts are on the side of God. Makes you wonder how such a great nation could be filled with not too bright people!

Dreadstar, its been a while since I've been on mylot. Good to see this reply. Just clarrify, I love USA Prime Rib (there by helping US farmers get an export market), actually turned down the chance to get a Green Card cause I'm happy in Asia and while I don't have anything against Christians (even studied Christian Theology at school-even if I'm Buddhist), I do think the Fundimentalist are as near to Christ as George Bush is of winning the Nobel Prize for Physics. Hope your cow meat was delicious

Did not vote for him in the previous elections and would never vote for him in future elections. I disagree with his way of doing things. Just my humble opinion.

America is a free and democratic country and people have absolute freedom to express their feelings. There can be millions of Americans who dislike Bush for his policies. What is important is if these numbers (who dislike Bush) are outnumbered by people who appreciate the efforts of Bush in portecting American interests, Bush continues to be at the helm of affairs.
