Where would I go to attract people to my "get paid to refer" program?

As i'm strongly considering starting a "get paid to refer" program, almost sure of it now where would I go to attract people to start helping to refer people to my website? Are you perhaps someone interested? If so please let me know & I can hook you up with specific details if I do end up doing it! If you have ideas on how I can get attention to this program as my website is still small at the moment, I would love to hear them!

My suggestion to you would be to learn how to do marketing! You can generate your own people to see your sites! I've got a site I made my self it would help you out just to look at it! on my profile! tdemex

Well, i'm a "marketer in practice" so to speak as that is my planned major is marketing. I'll take a look at it and just to let you know we allow free promotion of websites n' stuff on our site so if your site is related you can feel free to promote it there.

It's a possibility. I'm a fast typer and I altered some of my posts soooo many times to try to get them just right. By doing so, i'm sure I made a few errors along the way. Thanks for joining and being willing to help.
