Why do you argue and how do you feel after arguing

I liked to argue when i was young and i used to feel bitter after heated argument. Later, i found out that most arguement could be avoided if people clearly define what they think. I have seen people argue, only to end up saying they were talking about something else.

That good, i have started doing that recently cause i noticed that some people argue due to ignorance and others are out just to provoke. So now, i will believe you, but do what i want, think and trust.

I don't like arguing because I am the kind of person that can get so involved in a arguing emotionally that it will run out of control very soon. I have learnt, from the hard way, that when I am engaged in some arguments, the results are seldom fruitful. Thus, I tend to avoid it if possible.

I don't like to argue either but do. The words just start flying at times. It stinks to with the huge adrenalin rush you get from useless arguing. It drains me if its with my hb. Making every part of my body ache ,almost like a truck has run over me. Nine times out of ten once ,I am done i forget the reason it happened in the first place.Thats one of the biggest lines ,I hear also is ( I was talking about someone else) They where not they where mad and said what was on their mind. Just afraid to finish what they started. There are also people that know ,No other way than to argue to them its normal and happens daily. What a life !

I like debating when I was small, and now I'm more mature, i don't really like talking much and of course no arguing. But if the needs arise, I will of course arguing for something that I think I should. but it rarely happen, unless I have been provoked to the limit that I cannot stand it. I will bear with it as long as I can because I really hate argument.
