Looking for all legitimate PTC's that allow you to rent referrals!

I'm looking for all PTC's that allow you to rent referrals with your PTC earnings balance, that pay by Paypal(at least.) I would prefer also to see a payment proof of the given website. I'm aware of quite a few places already but who knows. You may tell me one I didn't know existed in which case you got yourself a potential referral. Thanks to those who help.
