If I have a headache and not a pill in sight at home i drink coffee but that does not work for everybody. Try massage or acupressure. i also massage my head with some liniment. then there are herbal remedies if you like. herbal can also help with indigestion. I know ginger and mint helps in indigestion and pain.

I read it from the internet. When you're having a headache, try closing your right nostril and breath as usually. Do this for a few minutes and your headache will disappear. I don't usually have headache so I myself have not tried this yet. Maybe you can try. Good luck!

Have you ever tried a chiropractor,a lot of times your headaches can stem from your body being out of whack .Also there is acupuncture another form of pain relief. There are so many ways to naturally cure your problems ,your particular seems to be needing some help with the headaches. Ask around for a good chiropractor or acupuncturist. Be careful though some will take you for all you have. A good natural doctor will take care of the problem, and release you after a few treatments. Some will try to make you believe ,you need to come twice a week for yrs. Stay away from the second kind they are scamming you. Good Luck on finding some relief.
