Finding stock images

I am trying to find a certain type of vectors or clipart for my blog. I dont know who the artist is or where I can possibly find these charcters but here is a blog that you can see what they look like.(the lady in the chair clip) I have seen several different ones on different sites. If you know where I can find them or even something to that extint let me know please. Thanks I would appreciate it. I am trying to find some cute images for my blog and I like the look of those.
