Hi All, Now a days recession's are quiet predictable and always comes after every 8 years. If recession continues to go along this way may it will be really difficult to see the dreams of 0% unemployment. Can you believe that 0% unemployment is possible and after how many years is this possible?

Getting 0% unemployment is impossible, you can do anything you like but you can never achieve 0% unemployment. Even if the recession end there will always be people out of work. There are two reason for it, one is the new people seeking work usually from school, university or other educational institutions. The second is people who change work or move places. No government in the world aims for 0% unemployment, because it is simply impossible.

The world is full of lazy and unmotivated people. If we find a good leader, maybe in near future.

Complete wipe out of unemployment comes with its own problems. When companies/institutions cannot employ anyone they start to operate below the level of optimum performance which means poorer services and this could be in things such as policing if it became too bad. So although 0% seems like a dream, many people in Britain purposefully dont bother getting jobs since they get benefits. Its rubbish that people are like that as it tarnishes being unemployed as there are honest people but the connotations attached mean it is seen as a lot more negative than it just being tough times.
