As far as Bible goes Jesus is believed to be God' son. I believe that Jesus was an ordinary man with extra ordinary vision and faith in God which elevated him to a position where he was looked upon as son of God almighty. I would love to hear your interpretation on this.

If you believe Jesus had extra ordinary faith in God, you must believe he was a good & true man... Why then do you doubt his own claim to be the son of God... How did He perform the many miricles He did? There is more proof that He was the son of God than many other historic or artistic beliefs... Jesus was not a fool, nor was He a fraud... Why then is His claim to be the sone of God questioned?

Agreed! If he was a fool, then billions are more foolish to continue to belive in Him! If He was a fraud, we would have proof by now. How fast do frauds fall apart? He must be who He said He is!

Yes, not just because the bible says so but also because of my personal and ongoing relationship with Him as God's Only Begotten Son. If you accept Him in your life, you will experience that He is really God's begotten Son born to save us from our sins. Faith is needed to understand that Jesus is the Only Begotten Son of God. Just pray, surrender and accept Him and your life will have a new and fresh meaning. Pray like this: "God, I know I'm a sinner. I'm sorry for my sins. Please forgive me and wash my sins away by the blood of Your Son Jesus. I now accept Him in my life as my Lord and Savior. Thank You Lord, Amen."God bless you.

Son or not son .... this question accompanied me most of my lifetime. Some years ago I have found the "New Revelation" given to the Austrian Jakob Lorber (1800-1864) in German language as a dictation by the inner word on about 12.000 handwritten pages. I believe that Jesus was the one who dictated and gives us explanation over explanation about Old and New Testament, his message of love and the role of churches in history. Yes, now I believe he is God's son; but as so many things in Bible "son" can not be understood literally. Also we are God's children, so we are sons and daughters. If you want to read Jesus' modern words in English you might go to www.franky1.com and take some free downloads.

Hello, I love your question, do I believe that Jesus was God's Son? In deed I do! And it's not just because the Bible says it, although it does play a major part in my believing that Jesus is still God's Son, even today. But another major factor is my personal relationship with Jesus, God's Son. When one encounters a genuine relationship with God's Son, it cannot be replace by anyone or anything on the earth. Did you know that Jesus was very much involved in the creation? And this is not my own opinion, this is the gospel truth found in St. John 1:3. It says this,"All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made." What this means is, Jesus is the Word, which God spoke the creation into existants. There is no way that Jesus was just an ordinary man. If He was an ordinary man, He could not of been the perfect sacrificial lamb for our sins and get to set at the right hand of His Father on the throne. What the Bible says about Jesus, from Genesis through Revelation, is the absolute truth that a person can stand on it through eternity, and God's Word will never fail, because Jesus is the living Word. And as I said before this is not my opinion, this is what I know about Jesus personally, because of my personal relationship, I'm given access to the Father by the Holy Spirit. I enjoy responding to your question, I hope that what I said will encourage a lot of people and believers to look futher into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ. Thank you.

Yes, I do believe Jesus is God's son. He's the second Person of the Holy Trinity of Father, Son, and Holy Ghost, born of the Blessed Virgin Mary. lol I'm about to start reciting the Nicene Creed. Oh, well. It explains my beliefs quite well, so what's the harm?
