This is a very tough period for teenagers and young adults. You feel as if your old enough to have a job, your ready to make money but no one will hire you!. It's very tough to find a job before the age of 16. Now i know everyone suggests walking dogs, mowing the lawn, babysitting. but you can only make so much doing these things. I myself am 14 years old and have managed to save up about $500 currently. In the spirit of getting money lets discuss how at this age we can make money and use our current funds to add to what we already have. how can i use my money to make more money?

Well congrats on having $500 saved up already! I started working at the age of 14 at Burger King. I pretty much just worked weekends but it was fun for a first job. I've pretty much had a job ever since, even though I'm only 17 now lol. But yeah it is hard to find a job at a young age, but if your determined and just talk to the right people that can help you find something that will work with child labor laws its all good. I've been working at different jobs and don't even have that much saved up, so I say that your on the right path to making good money, and again congrats on the good savings!

i not have job when i was 12-15.i focus on my studies and friends and there already lots of things to do.i did think of finding a parttime job for my side expenses for fun so i can buy the clothes and bags that i like but there is not that much time in that age.you right when you say there are very few things that people in that age can get jobs for.i am hired by my mama in helping her in her work.i type things from her work and she will buy me the bag that i like.that is how i got the things that i wanted in that age.

Continue saving. While saving mean parking your money to an investor, at your young age you really should save. Put it in the bank. Or try other ways just avoid investing in stocks right now since (I think) your financial education is not yet enough for this complex market.
