Do you put clothes that you've weared for two or three days and then wash them altogether? How often do you wash your clothes? I like piling clothes in winter, and wash once a week or so. But these days, i wash them everyday after the shower, it's quite hot in Summer. Please share.

I wash my clothes any day of the week as long as I have time and I am in the mood to wash it. :) I usually arrive in my apartment late and it is seldom that I was my clothes on weekdays. But still I find time and I would just wash a few of it. I usually wash my clothes on weekdays.

Hello, wrangel, thanks for sharing. Seems that washing clothes needs both time and mood, huh?

Yep. It is hard to wash your clothes when you don't want to, right? :) There are some other times when I find it hard to sleep. I would usually just wash some of my clothes if that happens.

Usually clothes are done once a week. It all depends though on how much clothes are left in the clothes basket after my fiance's mom pilfers through to make a load for herself. Sometimes she'll be doing whites and need our whites to make a load, and other times it's clothes she picks out so she can iron.

Hi, somecowgirt, i agree, sometimes i've got white clothes to wash, but they can't make a load for the washing machine, it must be a waste to wear two white clothes together in it, so i hand wash them, it's tired, so i will pile clothes and then wait for one day to wash them together Thanks for sharing.

We don't handwash things here, though I have handwashed something when I wanted to wear it that night, I blow dried them too! lol! It's better to have lots of one color and then wash the clothes. That way your not wasting water, or time.!

I don't wash clothes everyday. Usually I will wait until my washing machine is full of clothes. So it won't be waste. And it will spend two or three days. I love China

Hi lynette, my son insists on doing the washing because he does it better! I don't think so as the washing machine does it and it is no different when I wash the clothes. But the washing machine goes on about two to three times a week..loLo

Maybe it's an excuse and your son wants to do housework for his mom

I don't wash clothes every day - I wash clothes every other week. That means twice a month. Why? To save water and electricity. If you only wash full loads - you'll save TONS of water thus saving money on the water bill. And you also use the washer and dryer less often thus saving money on the electric bill. Plus, I have clothes to last me that long - so why not do it in that frequency? I don't like doing laundry anyway! Hehehehehe

Hello, khayshenz, you must have lots of clothes, otherwise, you can't last that long. I don't use washer to wash clothes together, because i'm afraid that some clothes might depigment and this will affect other's colour.

Hi there Lynette, I think the best for working people is to wash their clothes once every two days. I don't really like my mom to wash it because she is with age already. I just stock up everything in one big laundry basket and in one shot will do my laundry. However, I might do some spinning for something that I really need to wear and keep it dry on the spot..

Hello, zed, thanks for sharing. I don't like my mom do the laundry for me either. But she'll wash hers and my father's clothes.

I'm not the one doing the washing, but my mom.. hehe ^_^ It all depends on the load she has and so there's no standard period of every how many days she will wash those clothes.. IF it happened that within a day, there's 2 pail ful of clothes, she will washed them all on that very day.. If not, she will accumulate till about 3 days whereby it's one full pail, before washing.. BUt she will never go beyond 3 days because those clothes will smell after some time.. hehe ^_^ However, if there are certain clothes that needs to be washed separately, she will be sure to be soaking them first ^_^

Hey, kun, my mom used to do this for the whole family when i was young. I hate washing clothes now, but I don't let her do this for me, in this way, the amount will reduce. Thanks for sharing

Now that the kids are gone I can get away with washing clothes a couple of times a week. It used to be five or more loads a day. Most things I hang on the line. This summer almost ever time I had the line full of clothes it reined so they are really fresh now.

I just need to wash clothes for myself, if you have to wash for your children and spouse, that's really a lot of work. Let the children wash their own clothes if they're old enough.

Laundry is done 2-3 time a week depending on necessity. We have five people in our house. In the summer I wash a little more becasue I sweat like crazy when the humidity and het kick in. In the other months I sometimes wear things a couple of times before I wash them, if they don't stink and aren't dirty. Febreeze comes in handy too. That sounds really gross doesn't it?

washing clothes - I wash my clothes every day in summer.
I wash my clothes in summer every day as I sweat a lot. I love to wear clean clothes without sweat, which makes me feel more comfortable. I take a few showers as well when I feel sticky and sweaty. Have a good summer time, friend.
