Hi mylot family...Here's my story hope you give me some pieces of advice... I am a fresh graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering and I supposed to enrol in a review center in preparation for the board examination for me to get the licence. But, what it happened that I lost my interest in that field. So what I did is I went here in Manila and find a call cneter job. Working in a call center caught my attention because I want to improve my language skills and also the pay is high. As of now I am a trainee in one of the call center industry in Manila and I would say that its not easy to be a call center agent. I made several adjustments since my shift is from 11pm to 8:30am. And it seems that I am doing a routine.

Call centre? Its not an easy job. I know because I have been one. Its tough even though the pay is quite high. Choose what you wanted to do, but during this time of recession, having a job is good already. happy Mylotting

All I can say is follow what your heart desires, what kind of work will make you happy and what will make you fulfilled personally and professionally. I agree with you that your communications skills will be improved if you can work in a call center because I also worked in the call center industry right after graduation. By the way I am an IT graduate, and all I cansay is, After more than 1 year of being in a call center, I realized that it is time for me to do what I like, and thats what I did, i resigned from the job and find an IT career, it took me some months before getting a job after the call center work but right now, I can say that everything is falling into place for my IT career. But my ultimate goal right now is to become a full-time entrepreneur doing the thing I wanted to do aside from computers and also help me become financially-free and be my own boss and help me grow as individual without any boundaries and limitations set by a company or a manager.

Hi thanks for the response...I agree that I should follow what my haert desires but I am not yet sure what I really want to do..Last week I also applied in sales company as a sales executive since I also love doing sales. It has several incentives like car plan, cellphones and laptops. But I was referred as a sales coordinator first. No car plan, no cellphones and laptop and 10K min salary a month since I don't know how to drive yet and I don't have a licence. They told me that once my record is good after 6months, they can advanced me to the position I like.
