Is Fire extinguisher Important inside the House or the Boarding house?????

OMG.. i sometimes notice that the other buildings don't have any ... i just want to know if it's really important of course for me it is and i just need some comments and opinions for it, so i cant guarantee it!:)

It is not really there in most houses in my neck of the woods which I suspect is also yours and although it is mandated, very few people comply with it.

actually,, we never have one.. even just for the kitchen..:( yeah..not every body complies it i think for the big buildings, they should have those..
