Please help, i've got a question about mylot referrals

I need to know before i do something dumb and get's my account stopped which i don't want to happen because i really like Mylot ALOT.. so here it is,. is it wrong to exchange referrals? well i know some people who wants to but i only have one and it is Mylot.. is it advertising like in the rules or is it personal referral?
