Not so Sweet Dreams

What is the weirdest/worst dream you have ever had? I had one a few nights ago where the 3 ghosts from "a christmas carol" (ghost of past, presnt and future) visited my mum and told her she was dying from breast cancer)I woke up very scared obviously. It was so random and weird! I seem to have very weird dreams all the time, and my dreams are always so realistic. It always actually feels like i am right there, and i can actually feel all the emotions in my body that i am feeling in the dream. Does anyone else experience dreams like this?

Dreams are always weird in that they do not follow the same logic as our normal conscious psychic activities. They are more graphic and when they cause alarm bells to be triggered, an investigation is warranted.
