I can't tell how exagerated or how close to reality is this issue, so you should know better.
The fact that in movies, tv series, cartoons, etc. they portrait some pet owners as not very, but extremely dedicated in every aspect to their dog, cat, fish, you name it.
... they even take care of them better than they do themselves !!! ok, this last part might have a little fiction on it ... or not.
I don't know, so please enlight me. Taking out the fact that you're not cruel to animals, don't tell me what you wouldn't do, but how far would you go to show people how much you care for your pet.

Of course they do, but just how far would you go that might distinguish you from other pet owners in relation to taking care of your pet ?
