It appalled me to watch the news on tv that a teenager committed suicide because of cyber bullying.I find it so horrendous.Would you do the same thing? I am not her to judge what the teenager did because per say, never judge a wrongdoer because under the same circumstances we might end up doing same thing. But, i have had my share of cyber harrassments but i just ignore it.I mean i just can't be bothered with comments whos basis does not exists.I refuse these psychos and weirdos to affect the way i live my life. For me they are faceless cowards who hide under a dummy account who has nothing to do with thier lives they try pester you and its up to you whether you pick on it or not.I say i rather ignore it,block the person so he cn shut up completely.so what do u think about it mylotters?share in your thoughts and ideas pls:)

no I would not. It is sad, but this happens everyday and not just online. I would have gotten a different hobby or just gone somewherelse on the web. The people that did this to her should be ashamed and as for her parents they shoudl have been keeping a closer eye on what she was doing and who she was in contact with, they call it parental control that can be set up on the computer for this and other reasons.

Hello, That is just sad. I know that in in school it is common if you are bullied to be carried with you , and in some cases they take their own life . I cant judge , but the person must of been in a bad place to go that far. I would if ever let the people online get to me just stop, but maybe you get pulled in , and that becomes like their life.

I think if anybody bully me online, I will fight back and bully them, same thing they do to me and worse. Wah..!! I wish.. I will hire good hacker and ruin their computer forever. I wish also... I too think that the best thing is to ignore them, in time hopefully they will go away realizing that nobody actually want to acknowledge their existence.

I guess I'm already too old to take what people say to me online that seriously... I simply ignore it like you do. My reasons for ignoring are; 1. I'm just here (online) for a little fun to waste off my spare time. No reason to feel so upset. 2. It is much easier to ignore someone online, unlike in real world. 3. Whatever said (and even what I say) online might not be true, but there are no good ways to prove that. Therefore, all the things I see or read online, I try believing only half of it, and ignore the rest to start with. Although, I guess some teenagers can get really serious about it. It is really a sad thing indeed...

OH boy.....another subject that makes me ill. I feel that if anyone is being cyberbullied has the right to find that person and beat them with a bat. Im sorry but I get sick of people who think this is some sort of a joke. No, I would never kill myself if someone started giving me crap, but I would love to find a way to give them a virus. Ive had a few people come after me. I just blocked them but still I shouldnt feel afraid of someone taking me out of the blue and start sending me awful email on how I take up air. And yes I was bullied hurtfully in school.
