I have planned to be on diet many times, but none of it was successful. I have even made a written plan for it, but they were dropped because tasty food is my weakness. I usually follow the diet for one or two days and then forget about it when I saw some good food. Have you ever been on diet? How successful was your diet? Have you dropped it anytime? Are you fond of tasty food?

I don't get into dieting at all as i can never control my craving for foods :P Though i know that restricting one's meal to an amount will help in living a healthy life, i don't really diet. Rathe the more i think of dieting to reduce weight the more i seem to be hogging on food (homemade and outdoor foods). SO i have decided to exercise, that can be a good excuse to eat what you feel like eating. :)

It seams that we are the same in how we are with the diets. I have tried many times with different diets but so far non of the stick to me or me to them. I just love to eat what i want when I want and when I know I aint suppos to eat something that is when I really want to eat it. I guess is all in our heads but food is great especialy the one that has more fat and that is less good for us. But I keep trying diferent little diets every 4 or 5 months to see what works. So far I think it is better for me not to try to be in a diet because I think less in food than when I am in a diet.

I am fond of sweet food. I tried to practice diet, but not succeed of doing it. i can not control my habit of eating like small amount of food every hours or just try to eat vegetables and not eating meat, i can not follow it. I have no discipline in my eating habit. We are the same that even it is written still can not be followed.
