i am unhappy with trekpay

Hello friends, This much-hyped site may have paid many members at mylot already but I am really dissatisfied with the way things are going.I had 434 credits and 372 referral hits for this week but all I got after payout is a mere 95 cents.That is not even a dollar!If this goes on I have no idea when I will reach payout.
It has been four weeks since I joined trekpay.I just checked my welcome mail to confirm that.And all I have managed in this time is two dollars and sixty nine cents.:-(
I have made up my mind to leave the site after my first payout which I am doubtful when I will reach.Nevertheless,it is no use viewing thirty ads a day for a week if this is the conversion rate.The members who were early birds and joined when the site was just launched have been lucky to receive payments.
What is your take on this? How much have you made this week and are you happy with what you have got?

I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with trekpay. I am just the opposite, as I have been paid twice by them and have now $3.69 in my accoun, so I possibly will reach it next week. I got an email yesterday, saying that they are raising our eranings, so I think those that are there should stick it out and see what happens. It is my favorite site next to mylot. If they raise our earinings like the eamil said, then that is a good thing for all the members. I don't have near the referrals other have, but I do have 6 of them and I am thankful for everyone of them. I am glad I was referred to trekpay as I am going to stick it out, and give it a chance. I have been paid twice and that means something to me. Good luck to you and happy mylotting.

I guess you joined in the earlier stages when the site was just about born. :-) I know that time they were giving a much higher conversion rate which is why so many members like you got paid within the span of two weeks or so.I read a lot of these posts about having been paid already.But the truth is that they have reduced the conversion rate drastically over the weeks due to which I just managed ninety five cents after 434 credits for the week.I have received that email too but they have been saying the same thing for two weeks.Still I am hoping for the best and if indeed the earnings go up,I will stick to it.I think you are right about giving it a chance and I will follow your advice and hold my patience for a few more weeks.Good luck to us all.Happy posting. :-)

well, i think we just have the same problem with this site. I also go crazy when i hear members saying that they reached more than the minimum payout for just a week when in fact I'm already 3 weeks with the site, yet I only had $2.17 now. I really feel bad that's why I contacted the admin and mentioned about the problem. He replied to me that to get higher amount, I must change the quality of surfing. I just do not know what he meant by that since I think browsing is just the same for all members! I will also leave the site once I reached my payout!

I too have no idea what he meant by changing the quality of surfing.Thanks for posting this here that you have contacted the admin and got this reply.I guess we all should open some support tickets and force them to tell us the value of one credit for that week.This way we have no idea what they are up to.

I agree with you that this is the most unpredictable site now.Every week passes in suspense and at the end I find that I have earned so less compared to my expectations.I wish they would mention the value of one credit so that we could calculate for ourselves.But they will surely not do that as they keep changing the conversion rate each week.I am really impatient now.

Lol, another discussion criticizing TrekPay!! Okay, count me in, against that idiotic site!!
I've been a member of trek since 5 weeks and I am not so happy to tell you that even now I have NOT reached my first payout!! I have 5.17$ in my account. Nevertheless, I'll be hitting that 5.5$ mark next week, but what I suggest people here is, continue with trek if you are near to the payout, others should quit! That's what I've planned, just take the money and say "Good Bye" to trekpay.

Good for you that you will reach payout next week.You are lucky that way.I wish I had joined earlier because it is quite obvious by now that at that time when the site was just launched,the conversion of credits to cash was at a much higher rate.That is why so many members were able to cash out in the span of just two weeks.I agree with your suggestion of bidding goodbye to Trekpay after the first payment.It is useless sticking out there,wasting time whereas we could use that time to post some quality stuff on mylot and earn extra money.

I have decided to quit Trekpay after the first payment I get from them unless they introduce some new measures.What a waste of time that site is!They update our accounts every week but the conversion rate of cash to credits is really low or else despite so many credits,the earnings would not have been so low.

i am a member with that site too but i don't know what to do there. the FAQ panel on that site doesn't explain clearly about the credits.i don't have plans of pursuing there since i've read a lot of disadvantages from this post.thanks a lot for bringig up the issue here.lots of people are learning for it.mylot is still the best.

Me too have 2 dollars something for 3 weeks, I don't have referrals, anyway, am just taking my time with trekpay as an alternative when I get bored with mylot sometimes. I have my concentration, however at mylot, as it's clearer here, how much will I go in order to reach the payout.

Hi Friend,
I am happy you started this discussion.I fully acknowledge what you say, they claim to pay $50 per week but for the conversion rate we hardly get to reach the minimum payout of $5.50.May be we should raise a support ticket for the same and let them clarify. Since 3 weeks I have just made about $1.14 in my account.
