Is rabbit raising profitable?

I have 3 rabbits 2 females and 1 male there breed is New Zealand white now I'm planning to breed them so I can sell them afterwards. I don't know how can I market them here in our place if my rabbits starting to bear offsprings. From what I watched in TV rabbits can easily multiply and it is also profitable business. I don't if I'm going to earn in raising rabbits but I want to try and I'm looking forward to it. What is your advice and can you share your knowledge in raising rabbits.
