Before joining any site or programs, do you give a minute to read all the TOS? Or you just sign up because you know basically what is needed to in that site? Have you face any problem after you joining that site? Do you recheck the TOS to find out why?

Hi defcon505, That is very good. At least you know what is needed to be at that site. Sometime we forget to take notice any requirement for us to do. And at the end of the day we get mad because our account being terminated or suspended. We tend to blame everyone for that except ourselves. Keep it up. Have a nice day.

I used to be one who never worried about the TOS unless I was going to be active in that site, but now before I ever consider being a member of a New site I find out there I will try and read the TOS and decide from there if it would be worth my time being a member there. Personally I think that is a lot of people's downfall, including here because if you do not take time to get to know the site you are actively working in and what their TOS are, how can you expect to do Good with that site as a whole?

Hi krauseHome, You are right. Without knowing the TOS we tent to break rules in that site. And that is not good because our account might being banned there. We might get some misleading information from other members and we might spread it too.

Hey, Yea I just skim down and just do a quick sweep of the TOS and I read more in-depth if I find something that I am not sure about. Only then will I actually take a really close look at what the TOS actually states. Make sure you have a good day, God bless and Happy Lotting!!

Hi EliteUser, It is really hard to understand some of the TOS especially the term if you are not well verse with English like me. I usually just do what you done there. Just read if fast and try to understand everything in general. It is important actually for us to read it to avoid any act that might violated it. Happy mylotting and have a nice day.

Truely speaking I don't really read the TOS all the times. If it is a famous website, I will think that there are lots of people joined the website so they would have gone through the TOS and there won't be anything worong with the TOS. I just go ahead and register. You reminded me about the importance to read TOS. Anyway, thanks for it.

Hi daliaj, I also do that before. I never bother to read all the TOS. But, lately I see a lot of people here in mylot that they are banned or suspended from other site for no reason (that what they think). When I check back at their discussion or response they done a lot of thing that against the TOS and guidelines. I just made a conclusion that they never bother to read that TOS and do what they like to do.

hi, actually I rarely read the Tos when registering. I only read them on important sites to check what I am agreeing to. up to now I never had any problems on any site I registered to. However I think that on some sites especially when buying products or services it is important to read to make sure about any charges, important issues etc. Have a nice day!

Hi dolphin2406, Yeah ... we need to take extra caution when it is involving money. We have to check weather there is any condition that they can change anything without informing us or at their will. Previously I never check it but lately I like to look at the TOS or FAQ at least. Thank you for your response and have a nice day.

Hi sunny68, It is good if we can read and understand every words they put in TOS. It is very important document that give a clear information about that site. But sometime it is very tired to finish it all. You do the best by look for the specific point in it. Happy mylotting and have a nice day.

I never use to bother reading the TOS as most of the time I thought it was a waste of time. That is until I had an account on a site suspended because I had violated one of the clauses in the TOS. So these days I do look through all the TOS before I sign up to a site so that I know what the rules are. The TOS are also a good indicator of whether a site is legit or not as I have come across several sites which have copied their TOS from another site and never bothered to change the specifics such as site name or contact details.
