Does eating pizza makes you fat?

I love pizza! However I am on a diet program for 4mos now and really been restricting myself on certain foods, pizza included. I don't know but maybe someday I'll lose my grip and eat a whole lot. haha. For you, do you think it is healthy to eat pizza?

It depends on what pizza and how much of the pizza you eat, if you eat two slices of cheese pizza than your probably OK, but if you eat 6 slices of the meat lovers then thats kinda bad and i personally dont think it is the healthiest food, but its not terrible either.

I won't say it is healthy or unhealthy to eat pizza, it is a very greasy and high calories food, I would not suggest to eat too often; I only eat once in a while too. I think eating pizza too often can cause more fat and weights so don't eat too much especially when you are trying to eat on diet now, pizza is not a good choice! Wish you lose weight successfully soon!

Hello Narcy. How are you ? No, you won't get too fat eating pizza. I like pizza very much, and I eat very often. My favorites are vegetarian pizza and hawaiian pizza with lots of cheese. Oh, yummy , yummy ! Yes, ofcourse, you can eat a whole lot, as much as you like ! Ha ha ! Enjoy pizza !

Hello there, it becomes unhealthy if you eat too much of it. Personally, I also love eating pizza. It is one of my favorite foods. If you're on a diet, then eating a whole pizza would not allow you to lose weight hehe. Perhaps, one to two slices of pizza in a week is good, what do you think? God speed!

Hello! I am on a diet as well and sadly cut out pizza for the most part.2 times a month I will have a smart ones pizza(diet one actually) Also, You can try a wheat pizza, or you can make your own and save on cals. If you have a craving go eat 2 pieces and you will feel better. I have learned it is ok to treat yourself sometimes.

it can. i think eating anything can make you fat. even fruit every thing has calories these days. but what i do sometimes when i'm eating pizza. my friend taught me this. i would take a napkin any kind. and dab the grease off of my pizza. it will taste the same just with less fat on it. pretty smart i know.

You can still have pizza once in awhile, just don't go crazy and have 4-5 slices! Also, pizza CAN be healthy if it has only a little cheese and some veggie toppings like tomato, onion, broccoli, peppers, etc. I think it's easier to follow a diet if you give yourself some rewards once in awhile. For example, let's say you exercised all week and really cut back on the fats and ate healthy with lots of fiber, why not have a couple slices of your favorite pizza on Saturday night as a weekend reward for a week well done? That way, you have fewer cravings and more appreciation as well as motivation to do well if you know you will reward yourself. On the other hand, if you had a few too many snacks and slacked off on your exercise that week, restrict yourself. Make sure you eat extra veggies and whole grains, exercise more, and don't eat anything rewarding until you step it up. That's my philosophy! Best wishes!

yes pizza makes me fat but i really don't care about it because i loves to eat pizza in fact i am addicted to it, pizza makes me energetic and it fulfill my hungry yes, i think its a therapy for me.....
