Was looking through news tonight, I don't know call it for whatever and came across the top 5 entertainers that ruined pop music. I was a bit shocked, no, I was a lot shocked. Bowie was big in my time. Whitney, omg what a voice. So, you surprised at these selections? http://today.msnbc.msn.com/id/32011060/ns/entertainment-5top/ns/entertainment-5top/

it also surprised me but that is only an opinion of the writer Tony Sclafani, of course we do have our own opinion. but i agree that david bowie (who i find a good actor at prestige) was not a pop star who ruined the music and also whitney houston. whitney ruined her own career but not the music industry. there are more stars who ruined pop like jessica simpson and her sister, well thats my opinion.

there are a lot more artist who ruined pop and this list is not even well analyzed. i guess this list came out to mkae people react. if you heard eminem's new song were he said Jessica simpson sing the chorus.... because jessica really is a lousy singer and so as his sister.

Jessica sings? lmao, sorry. I guess I don't know much about her other then her attempts at acting. I agree I don't know why some people are on this list because they were an icon during the times. The hot ticket in the day.

I'm a bit shocked over Whitney, Bowie and Morrison. I don't know Steve Mariott and Paula Abdul I'm not surprised.

I don't know that much about Paula's music, but I think her talents are best as a choreographer. I think she has more going for her in that area then her vocals.

David Bowie was very artistic. I will never forget Ziggy Stardust.

He had purple hair during those years didn't he? or red? I remember him in the 80's and he was different and talented.
