I think their growing process was not in the bestway . It can affect their growing development as they are already having a lack of sleeping. They need to rest 8-10 hours at night. Thy are deprived from the correct procedures in sleeping ypung ones. They will grow shorltly and affect their health status.

its the amount of time that they sleep not the time of day. if they are going to sleep later and still getting up at the same time as the other kids then that would explain why they are growing smaller. also, what they eat plays a great part in it. children need vitamins, proteins etc in order to grow. if you did some extensive research, which i cant be bothered to do, sorry, those children who are going to bed later are probably the same ones that constantly eat sugary foods a lot.

Well medically it says that kids below 5 years will go some few centimeters and hence proper sleep for kids is important.

Yes i do agree with you. As it's true. In medical term it's also true that the child who sleep in proper time and don't do late night sleep they become taller then others. So batter time to sleep is not doing late in night. Good day!
