How Do I Get The Transaction # of Western From Google Adsense To Claim Earning

I have already met the minimum pay out last month in Google Adsense,as part of their guidelines, once you have reach the minimum pay out, you will be getting the money on the 15th or before the end of the month of the following month. July is about to end but I haven't received any e - mail from Google Adsense on how will I claim my earnings. Anyone a member here who received a payment from google adsense? Does it really take time to send the earnings? Share your opinion.
