Does anyone have a website and use Adsense with Google?

Does anyone here on mylot have a website that they use with Google's adsense? I just want to know if it is hard to get started, I have a couple of good ideas for websites with topics I'm interested about so I will keep the websites up and full of good content. Also, does anyone recommend a good webhost (no free ones), that also helps you with getting people to come to your site?
