How does Getref.com work?

Hi All,
Recently i heard about Getref.com which says you will get referrals for your programs if you join and earn credits there.
Can someone explain to me how this site works. Thanks

Well I joined Getref today only after reading healthy reviews about it and hope that it works for me too.Although the process of accumulating 2 credits is tedious,it would be worth it if the referrals who join are permanent and don't have to be paid again and again.Can anybody throw some light on it?And what is the probability of a referral being genuine by which i mean to say that what is the chance that he'll remain active in my downline?
