My favorite food of all time is sushi. I especially love to eat all you can eat sushi. My favorite is salmon. Do you love sushi? What's your favorite kind of sushi?

Actually raw fish isn't bad for you in the same way that raw red meats are. There are numerous benefits to eating sushi. One of the most popular reasons is the omega-3 fatty acids in them. Check out this article http://sushiencyclopedia.com/sushi_nutrition_facts/health_benefits_of_sushi.html

I actually used to be a pre-med student. Again I must stress that sushi is actually good for you. It's even been shown to lower the risk for heart problems. Here's another article http://www.wisegeek.com/is-sushi-good-for-you.htm

tnx for the info......if you get to study any medical course, you'd find how ANY raw food could be harmful especially for people with heart conditions, coz it adds to the heart's workload, taking more than it needed to work to digest and break it down versus cooked foods! happy myLotting !!! =)

Anything as long as it is sushi! Yummy! I love sushi so much even the physician adviced me not to eat any raw, i still want and never gonna stop eating sushi. i love it when i dip it in wasabi sauce and the strong odor makes it so tastety and irresistable. I'm starving now.

I love sushi. I will get between 12 to 15 pieces for dinner with an egg roll. I prefer eel, salmon, and tuna. All of my sushi has been cooked, but I would like to try the raw also!

My favorite (and really the only sushi roll I ever eat) is a tuna roll. But the way I get it is tuna, avocado, cream cheese, with white rice wrapped in seaweed and with the white rice and sesame seeds on the outside. I always use the wasabi and soy sauce too. I think I want sushi for dinner tomorrow night now. Have a great day and happy myLotting!!!

I've never eaten the soft shell crab roll, but I've thought about it. I just never knew anyone who did. What was that last part? I didn't understand.

I do go to sushi shops once in a while, just for a change. I like sushi, different preparations. But, still, I keep away from raw fish. I just can't get used to that, and never feel comfortable eating them. I don't quite like the smell of it either.

I don't love them, but I certainly do like them! I haven't had salmon sushi yet, but I do know how they taste like. lol. I've tried tuna, eel, and octopus! It was actually very very good and tasteful.
