Which do you prefer on your pizza, quickmelt or mozzarella?

Alberto's Pizza is the new craze in town and their quickmelt pizzas are the bestseller. I used to think Mozzarella was the only cheese intended for pizza, but when I had a bite of a quickmelt pizza, it was sooo much better and it made me love pizza the more. So how about you? which would you like, quickmelt or mozzarella?

Pizza is the best but i prefer pizza hut or shakeys. those are the pizza stores located here in my country.
