Hello.. Yup, i think it's important to be a good listener too. It's not always that you are the one who will speak out but you must also learn how to listen and be open-minded. Even if what he says are negative, then you must listen to it more,because maybe he had a point to what he's saying to you. For me, i want to hear negative things from others especially if i'm the one involve, because with that points, i can assess myself and if i think that they had a point then i'll change that attitude or what. i think it,too.and i think listener is very important of the actor. so listener will give applause to actor in properly.
