How to give traffic to bukisa blogs?

Hi
i am a new blogger.I dont know how to give traffic to a blog.I tried traffic exchange site called easyhits4u.But they are not accepting my sites saying included frame braker.Does anyone knows any other site,there they will accept my bukisa blog links to promote.And beside traffic exchange to promote in other way.
Please suggest.
What to do with digg.com or stumbleupon?
Help.

Those traffic programs give you untargeted traffic, traffic which do not deliberately visit your website but get forced to or only visit your site because you're part of a traffic program and in order for them to get traffic they need to visit other website which they get presented randomly. To get targeted traffic you'd better make a blog at blogger or a similar blog provider. Make sure your on-page seo is optimal as well as your off-page seo through backlinks.
By the way bukisa does not always pay... they even shave traffic in other for you to have to wait longer before you reach payout. Even if you do, you're not even ensured of payment whether you cheated or gained traffic genuinely.

Gamerwestside, I have written an article about "how to generate traffic to your articles in Bukisa" a few days ago.
That is my third article since I just joined Bukisa to get a feel of it.
That article attracted more than a hundred qualified views, and made a total of 41 cents for me in two days.
There are quite a number of comments. It seems that writers in Bukisa find it useful. i have listed a number of ways to generate traffic to Bukisa, and including ways to make use of traffic exchanges without breaking the TOS of Bukisa.
