How many days in a week do you eat non vegetarian food? / myLot

I eat almost 3 to 4 days of proper non vegetarian dinner in a week, and what about you, how much do you eat non vegetarian? i am asking about a heavy diet, leave the small ones. Thank you

i m eating non vegetarian food atleast 4 days in a week . i m loving to eat fish , chicken 65 . due to this my weight is increasing a lot . My Family Doctor advised me to reduce a weight . So i m now in heavy diet and eat non veg in these days

oh, watch out for your weight, i know you will do great, exercise is also a good option.
