Do you think a person on oxygen can have fun?

I believe that "without" oxygen, you wont have ANY fun.
but People pay good money to sit at oxygen bars and breathe oxygen. Surely someone with a full tank of it can enjoy life a bit

Oxygen Bars..never heard of it..makes me think we are on another planet altogether. But that is one reason, scuba diving is so much fun, swim as much as you want and have fun while doing it.
