How many people here still using RSS now?

I began to use it just not long ago.There's something unfortunate with it,so I rarely use it now.I just use it to subscribe to some special person or someone who is not willing to approve friends request Compare with Email notification,I think it's more sensitive than Email notification but less accurate than it.The latter just offer limited times to notify us that which topic or response appears at that moment,but it's out of control with the second comment on a certain response.The former is too sensitive.For instance,no matter who add comments or make responses or start discussions,once they have an action,you will get notifications in your RSS reader.You just need to set up a keyword or any user name in myLot,any updates that you will get it.But sometimes it's a bit annoyed,so I still use Email notification in the most of time Then did you use it? If Yes,then what do you use it for? And unfold your opinion
