when you can afford to buy yourself a house ,how old are you

Well i wished for a dream home. And i got it recently. I got little amount for it and rest through loan. I am happy i got my dream home near my farm. Investing on home is life long asset for us and kids.

i am still in the process of saving money to at least pay the initial amount to buy a house, my preference would be to finish off my debts which i hope i would by this year or at the maximum next year and then think about buying a house...now i am 32, hopefully by 35 or 36, i could buy one...
