what amount of salary could support a family of 4 members?

the cost of living in our country is really expensive. everything is expensive aggravated by the taxes for every purchase you make.. our household is earning around P20k a month and it is not enough for us to have a decent. my brother is still in college and my mother is always sick.. i'm hoping to earn more as soon as possible to cover all our billings. . i should be earning at least 40k a month to support our needs and that's double our combine earnings for the month..how terrible.
