I started to overclock my laptop about 3 months ago and so far have had no regrets. Its great to see a low end card like 8400m gs of dell 1520 be able to play games like crysis, gta 4,etc. How about u guys?Would u like to post ur results and achievements in this discussion then please do.It will be of great help for those interested. Here r my details in overclocking. I've got a basic machine, intel single core 2Ghz and budget Foxconn 915 chipset motherboard. I looked on the Foxconn website and they said the mobo was clockable but looking in the BIOS I saw it wasn't, the only solution was to run a free progam called Fox One where You could set certain parameters. Now I get it up to 2.35 Gigs, any more and it locks, no way to increase the core voltage. Still, it responds well at that speed and my cpu temp never goes over 37 C even running the torture test on prime95.
