I have a paypal account and I will try to help you the best way that I can. When you first open the account you either need a credit card or bank account. The way that it works is the paypal account will be verified thru your checking,savings or credit card. Which ever you decide. Then you have to wait on the deposits to your account. Go back to paypal and enter the little deposits. Then you are ready to go. The reason for all of this is that they know that you are who you say you are. A security measure. I have a lot confidence in paypal. You can't go wrong with them.
