I am reading the Julie Garwood series about the Clayborne's. I am now reading "Come the Spring". I no longer read suspense unless it is short enough to read in one day, due to the way they make me feel and the fact that when I start a book like that I want to read all of it. I am reading books that I have read before right now because I can put them down any time and do other things. I need all of the exercise that I can get right now so I do not need to be reading a book that I cannot put down.

I have also read Julie Garwood, she's a really good writer! These recent years, I have been obsessed with reading books by Christine Feehan with her Dark series and Drake Sister series. I am reading her most recent book that came out called Hidden Current. It focuses on the last Drake Sister, Elle, so I'm not quite sure if this will be the last in the series. I really hope not though! I really love to read books that follow the lives of an entire family, it allows the reader to follow up on what's happening with the character in future books and how each character play a role in each other's lives. Christine Feehan is by far one of my favorite authors. Her twist of the supernatural and romance always have me anticipating her next book.

I've just finished reading the amazing book of Dr. Ben Carson entitled "Take the Risk". It was a wonderful book and I really learned a lot about everything especially in taking risks. Right now, I am more fascinated with non-fiction books: biographical, self-developmental and historical, rather than fiction books. I am planning to buy another Dr. Ben Carson book "The Gifted hands".

I'm an avid reader. Just finished Pillars of the Earth, by Ken Follet. It's an older book but it was one of the best books I've ever read at 1000 pages it takes a while but you don't want to stop reading ( one of those) I can't imagine how some of these authors can keep track in their minds all the characters and the story line before they start writing. It never ceases to amaze me! tdemex
