Interview Presentation, How To?

Hey guys, I was hoping I can get some good fast advice please :) Im currently a Modern Apprentice as an IT Technician, and have been for around a year now. On Friday, the manager is holding interviews for us Apprentices (4 of us) to move onto Advance Apprentices, which only 2 of us can get. Part of the interview proccess is that we have to present a presentation which must last around the 5 minute mark, stating why we want to advance onto Advanced Apprentice. Only problem is, I dont know what I can talk about for 5 minutes, so hopefully someone here can help me out :) Thanks very much in advance! Lee.
